Phorest Client Experience Award 2016
We are extremely proud to have been awarded a Phorest Client Experience Award for 2016. One of our key aims is to provide excellent customer service and it’s fantastic to have confirmation that we are succeeding in this!
Phorest specialises in appointment software for health and beauty salons and the award is based entirely on the quality of customer reviews we’ve been getting over the last 12 months.
In the 12-month period from May 2015 to May 2016, our average rating was four out of five, which according to Phorest puts us in the top 3% of beauty salons in the UK and Ireland.
The judges commented: “Unlike most other awards, we do not base it on public votes, or on judging panels, but on how the people who actually spend money with you feel about what you provide. For us that is the true test.”
So whilst we congratulate our staff for their professional, helpful and friendly service, which has prompted such reviews, we’d also like to thank our clients for taking the time and trouble to give us such amazing feedback.
